প্রথম ম্যাচেই মরক্কো চ্যালেঞ্জ, ব্রাজিলের একাদশে বড় চমক!

Tomorrow, Sunday (June 14), at 4 pm, is the first big match of this World Cup. Five-time world champions Brazil will take the field. The opponent is Morocco. The African country won the hearts of the football world with its performance in the Qatar World Cup. Brazil coach Carlo Ancelotti will not make the mistake of taking Morocco lightly, even though it is inferior to Brazil in terms of strength. Morocco is also looking forward to starting its World Cup campaign with another incident.

The Seleção has not tasted world victory since 2002. The challenge of ending a 24-year drought is in front of Neymar and Vinicius Junior. To overcome the failures of the past few World Cups, a foreign coach has been given the responsibility of the Brazilian team for the first time since 1925. After Ancelotti’s arrival, Brazil’s style of play has also changed. This time, Brazil is a mixture of artistic football of Brazil as well as dynamic and power football of the European style.

Despite the presence of a host of star players in the team, football fans are curious about what Brazil’s starting XI will look like and in which formation coach Carlo Ancelotti will play the team. Since taking charge of Brazil, the pragmatic coach Ancelotti has been alternating between the two formations of 4-2-4 and 4-3-3. However, judging by Brazil’s last warm-up match against Egypt, it seems that the 4-3-3 formation is likely to be seen more in the World Cup.

In this formation, Casemiro will play as the mainstay of the midfield in the lone defensive midfielder position. And Bruno Guimaraes and Lucas Paqueta will be seen in an attacking role a little ahead of him. The dynamic Vinicius Junior will be on the left side of the attack and Igor Thiago will lead the attack as a central forward. And Rafinha is almost certain to get a place on the right side, where there is no one to challenge him.

However, if Neymar becomes fully fit, or if Cunha is played, the team can also go to a 4-2-4 formation. In that case, the main hope of the defense will be two experienced center backs Gabriel Magalhaes and Marquinhos. And the great Alisson is there as a vigilant guard under the goalpost.

Incidentally, the last time the World Cup was held in the United States in 1994, Brazil was the champion. That time too, the Samba Brigade became the champion, ending a 24-year drought since 1970. This time, the Selecao face the challenge of ending a 24-year drought. Brazil fans around the world are waiting to see if Brazil’s luck will be on their side once again on American soil.
